Very few people bother to do a First Aid course, but at some stage most of us are faced with a situation where we need to lend assistance. What will you do when you are called to help?

Do you own a pool, have kids, run a business? If yes, then you owe it to the people around you to do a First Aid course. And don't forget about the kids. We have taught children as young as 6 to call for help, perform CPR and operate an AED. If a parent or grandparent gets into trouble then there is a strong chance that a child will be around to help.
